High-altitude col parking (2,001 m) with stunning panoramic views over two valleys. Very narrow and winding access from Mijanes side; approach via Ax-les-Thermes recommended. Busy during the day, quiet at night. Parking now limited to 15 minutes. No facilities. SFR network reasonable, Orange unreliable. Best for a hiking stop or overnight in low season.
