Parking en bord de rue, gratuit, à 2 km du centre de Saint Etienne. Légèrement en pente mais assez peu comparé au reste de la ville, peu de passage la nuit de 0h à 6h, j'y ai dormi tranquillement un soir de semaine. Peut-être moins calme un soir de week-end. Parking situé dans le parc du jardin des plantes et de l'opéra, assez vert pour un parking en ville.

Free roadside parking 2 km from Saint-Étienne city centre, set within the botanical garden park. Gently sloping terrain, heavily shaded. Quiet on weeknights but becomes a noisy gathering spot on evenings and weekends (car racing, youth gatherings). Easy access to town via stairs (350 steps). Services: pets, bakery, bins.

Motorhome access : Slightly sloped terrain, maneuverable but tricky for large motorhomes. Pedestrian stairs lead to the town center.
