Description
Parking de l'opéra, sans service mais grand. Accès un peu serré mais calme et plat. Quelques musiques de jeunes mais cela n'a pas duré. Bien dormi quasiment au centre de Saint Étienne.

Very inconsistent atmosphere: some nights peaceful, others disrupted by youth gathering, noise, and risky behaviour (reckless driving, suspected drug activity). Suitable for occasional overnight stays but not recommended for longer stays.
