Description
Parking à 5 km de Saint Gilĺes, Gard, par la D6572 puis Chemin du Cambon, puis indiquée : "Sentier du Cougourlier", 600 m de bonne piste pour y accéder, départ de petite rando 2 heures pour faire le tour du marais. Hérons, taureaux, aigrettes, tortues, canards, chevaux. Voir office de tourisme Saint Gilles.
The Camper’s take
Small natural parking (3 spaces) 5 km from Saint-Gilles in Gard, accessed via 600 m track. Starting point for 2-6 km walks in marshland with rich wildlife (herons, bulls, turtles, horses). Peaceful location but busy with hikers from 7:30 AM onwards. No services. Beware of mosquitoes seasonally and slight height restriction at entrance.
