Large hiking trailhead car park at 1,600m, gateway to Vanoise National Park. Free clean toilets and water point, picnic area with lake and BBQs. Departure point for numerous trails (waterfalls, Plagne Lake, via ferrata). Very quiet at night. Shower available at adjacent refuge (fee). Tolerance 24h max, one vehicle per space. Limited shade, dusty during daytime, busy morning foot traffic.
