The Camper’s take
Free parking on grass and gravel 400 m before Rosuel refuge, 24-hour official limit (though locally enforced to 1 night by municipal police). Public toilets and water nearby. Very peaceful with stunning mountain views and excellent hiking trailheads. Preferred location is the grassy parking on the right, quieter and less dusty than the site near the refuge.

Good to know
- Regular municipal police checks (1-night limit)
- No grey water drainage (cassettes)
- Dusty parking lot near the refuge to avoid

Motorhome access : Great access, flat grass and stone terrain with no risk of getting stuck, good maneuvering. Prefer the grassy parking area on the right (less crowded).
