Free parking along the Loire River in central Tours, excellent for visiting the city. Difficult access for motorhomes over 5 m (no turning area, tricky manoeuvres). Marked angled parking spaces. Highly variable atmosphere: pleasant daytime spot but security compromised at night (thefts, break-ins, suspicious activity). Bright lighting, noisy (nearby road). Suitable for small vehicles and daytime visitors.
