A peaceful picnic area surrounded by vineyards with natural shade, ideal for an overnight stop or lunch break. Flat grassy terrain, two picnic tables, waste bins. Only 7 minutes from the motorway but well-insulated from traffic noise. Access via small track (unsuitable for large motorhomes). No services (water, electricity, toilets). Very quiet on weekends; weekday activity possible from neighbouring business.
