Petit parking proche de la Charente. La route pour y accéder est un peu cabossée. Il s’agit d’un parking utilisé par les pêcheurs et les chasseurs. Par temps de pluie, risque d’embourbement.
The Camper’s take
Small natural parking area overlooking the Charente River, near marshes. Access via a rough, potholed road with poorly visible speed bumps. Earthen terrain, passable when dry but risk of getting stuck in mud during rain. Two parking zones with fine views of fishing cabins. Very quiet location, rich wildlife (swans, nutrias, birds, frogs). Used by fishermen and hunters. No services. Ideal for nature lovers seeking peace.

Motorhome access : The access road is very rough and potholed for 2 km with poorly marked speed bumps. Two dirt parking areas: one at the entrance (more exposed) and one at the far end near the fishing huts. Maneuvering possible even for large vehicles (7-8 m) in the main area. AVOID IN RAIN: soft, slippery ground; risk of getting stuck.
