The Camper’s take
Free parking at Glandon pass summit (2000 m), ideal hiking starting point. Very limited services: bins only, no water or electricity. Relatively flat terrain but small capacity, with frequent daytime cyclist and motorcycle traffic. Nights remarkably peaceful and quiet. Stunning 360° panoramic mountain views. Be prepared for frequent wind and mountain cold.
