Stage 15 of the 2026 Tour de France: Champagnole to Plateau de Solaison, the call of the Jura peaks
A gruelling mountain stage through the wild landscapes of the Jura, where steep climbs and picturesque villages punctuate the ascent to the Plateau de Solaison.
At 180 kilometres with over 4,000 metres of climbing, this stage is a true test for riders and spectators alike. The route features punishing climbs through pine forests, technical descents and breathtaking views of the Alps and Jura lakes. The finish on the Plateau de Solaison, at over 1,300 metres, promises an epic spectacle as fans line the roadsides.
