Free high-altitude parking on Solaison plateau with stunning mountain views. Dry toilets and drinking water available. Excellent base for hiking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Narrow access from Bonneville (prefer Cluses route), challenging for large motorhomes. Peaceful and quiet outside weekends.

Motorhome access : Narrow and winding access road from Bonneville. Better to take the route via Cluses. Free parking but uneven terrain; higher part of the lot is flatter. Tricky for large motorhomes. Access from Thuet limited to 8 m height, not recommended.
