Small free service area by the Sarthe river with 2 motorhome spots in front of a 15-space car park (height 1.90 m). Grey and black water disposal works but fresh water supply highly unreliable (frequent outages, weak pressure when functional). Calm, pleasant surroundings: park, playground, riverside path, bakery nearby. Slightly sloping ground.
