Drinking water point located on a stop zone, inconvenient for parking. Seasonal fountain (closed in winter against frost). Highly variable service: low pressure in summer (300 ml/min), frequent water outages, questionable quality. Disrupts traffic flow. Useful only as occasional water top-up.
