The Camper’s take
Small riverside spot on the Dordogne, open and generally peaceful. Easy access by van via narrow, bumpy dirt track bordered by thorns that may scratch paintwork. Swimming possible but currents present. Limited shade. Variable attendance: very quiet some nights, but can be taken over by partying locals in peak season. Multiple parking spots without interfering.

Motorhome access : Not recommended. Path is very narrow, rough, and bordered by brambles. Several motorhome visitors strongly advise against it. Passage only possible for small vans or campervans.
