A wide open clearing amid vineyards near Épernay with stunning 360° panoramic views. Flat, spacious terrain, best accessed via the northern route (D386/Hautvillers); southern approach via rough track is very difficult and risks vehicle damage. Generally very peaceful night despite nearby main road noise. No services. Private property but typically tolerated; vineyard workers active from 7-8:30 AM. Popular spot, usually welcomed by owner if respectful.

Motorhome access : Access via the northern route (D386/Hautvillers) recommended; flat terrain with easy maneuvering. Avoid the southern access at all costs (hairpin turn on dirt road, frequent bumper damage). Main road nearby but passable.
