Large free parking at the entrance to medieval Châteauneuf village with scenic views over fields and lake. Very quiet location perfect for an overnight stay before visiting the castle (€5 entry, highly recommended) accessible on foot in 5 minutes. Dry toilets and waste bins available. Slightly sloped terrain but manageable. Shared with cars during daytime. Caravan access restricted by narrow entrance.
