Wooded, peaceful rest area despite proximity to a lightly travelled road. Easy access from the departmental highway. Gently sloped terrain but manageable. Picnic tables and waste bin available. Starting point for hiking trails and mountain bike circuits (15 red, 3 blue). Popular with locals during the day, quieter in the evening. Generally clean, though some sanitation issues in nearby vegetation reported.
