Free parking at the foot of Roost-Warendin slag heap, ideal starting point for hikes. Two areas: one open (no height limit), another forested and confined (limited to 2 m). Very quiet at night, heavy local traffic until around 21:00. Flat ground, about ten spaces. No services and variable cleanliness. Access slightly hidden, better visible from Douai direction.
