The Camper’s take
Small free parking lot in central Menton, a 5-10 minute walk from the promenade and beaches. Clean public toilets on-site. Narrow uphill access, challenging for larger camper vans (>7 m). Limited spaces, traffic-dependent. Busy road, noisy at night. Paid parking since June 2024 (Pay by Phone app). Secure area with police patrol.

Motorhome access : Very tricky. The access road is extremely narrow and steep. Complicated two-way maneuvering with traffic and buses. Motorhomes over 7m are strongly discouraged. Reviews mention difficulties even for 5.4–6m vehicles.
