Small natural spot among vineyards and pines near Perpignan. Flat terrain with good shade, accessed via rutted dirt track (night driving not recommended). Quiet except for morning hikers/dogs and occasional stadium noise. Highly valued for isolation and scenery, but uneven maintenance (debris, ticks). Avoid hunting season and processionary caterpillar periods.
