Slightly sloped terrain, shaded during day. Easy access. Highly variable atmosphere: quiet off-season and weeknights after 21h, but heavy daytime foot traffic (joggers, hikers) and traffic noise, especially modified cars on weekends. Overnight parking tolerated but technically prohibited.
