Charming small riverside spot with historic wash house and tree cover. Slightly sloped access with low branches overhead. Road nearby but minimal night traffic. Very limited space (1-2 vehicles). Trash bin available but maintenance inconsistent. Peaceful and secluded atmosphere with tacit overnight tolerance.
