The Camper’s take
Picnic area and canoe launching point along the Lot River, well-shaded and lush. Easy access for reasonably-sized motorhomes. Scenic riverside setting with swimming opportunities. However, the overhead road generates significant traffic noise, especially from trucks from dawn. Shared space with anglers (early morning arrivals). Variable occupation depending on season. Best suited for short peaceful stays or lunch breaks.
