Shaded spot directly on the Loire riverbank, very calm at night with water access. Daytime foot traffic from walkers, fishermen and joggers. Poor ground condition reported (potholes). Industrial zone nearby. No declared services. Water point at nearby station area. 20-minute walk to Aurec town centre.
