Shaded dead-end street with direct beach and Arcachon basin access. Easy parking, but variable ground (risk of sinking beyond bike racks). Water point, bins, beach shower nearby. Tolerated off-season (Oct 30–May 1). Very quiet at night in low season, but residential traffic and evening activity. Picnic tables under pines.
