Flat gravel terrain under oak trees, close to amenities (renowned bakery 5 minutes away on foot). Easy access but noisy due to the adjacent road. Overnight parking prohibited from 7 PM to 8 AM. Calm atmosphere during the day, disrupted by peak-hour traffic.
