Small free parking (6 spots) overlooking Nice and the Mediterranean with stunning panoramic views in a very quiet setting. Access is extremely challenging: narrow, winding, steep road unsuitable for longer vehicles. Slightly inclined terrain but stable. CCTV monitoring present. No services. Bin available but sometimes overflowing. Potential friction with local residents.

Motorhome access : Very difficult. Narrow, winding access road with very steep slopes (almost impassable in bad weather). Vans up to 5–6 m may pass. Long campervans (>6 m) discouraged or impossible. Wooden barrier limits depth. Maneuvering is tricky; numerous reports of extreme difficulty.
