The Camper’s take
Panoramic parking at the trailhead for Capo Rosso hike, with stunning 360° views of the gulf. Paid parking (10€/night, ticket from the adjacent bar-restaurant). Steeply sloped terrain with few level spots. Nights typically quiet despite morning hiker traffic. Bar serves excellent pizzas and provides toilet access. Winding road access, marshy terrain with significant mosquito issues in summer.
