The Camper’s take
Three-level shaded parking near Châteauneuf-du-Pape with water point, clean dry toilets and picnic tables. Access to a bird-watching observatory and walk around the salt lake. Warning: overnight parking is now officially prohibited (signs and police checks reported). The site remains very calm in late afternoon, busy with hikers in the morning.
