Matignon lieu dit : le port saint Jean parking pour accès à la baie de la Fresnaye et départ du sentier côtier. Attention il peut y avoir beaucoup de monde en journée l’été a la pêche par contre le soir c’est très calme. C’est aussi l’endroit où les mytiliculteurs stockent des engins mais le parking est assez grand
