Large free, level car park 30-45 mins from Calais, perfect overnight stop after ferry. River and woodland walks nearby. Bakery within 5 mins walk. Bins and picnic benches available. CCTV cameras on site. Main drawback: adjacent event hall can cause noise disturbance on Friday-Saturday evenings. Weekdays are very quiet.
