Quiet natural lake near the Rhône with several parking spots scattered along the shore. Grassy terrain, easy access from the N86 but narrow approach road. Excellent for anglers and swimmers. Notable drawback: railway underpass crossing (3.65 m height clearance) and frequent mosquitoes in season. Some reported tensions between solo travelers and local fishermen.
