Free grassy area beside the Rance river with botanical garden. Peaceful wooded setting. Free municipal pool July-August. Walking trails, sports path, tennis and playground. Minor road nearby with light traffic. Shops and dining 5 minutes on foot. No waste disposal on-site; service point 8 minutes away at Saint Jouan. Some facilities need upkeep.
