Free parking without entry barrier near Théoule-sur-Mer, 500 m from the beach and town center. Quiet at night (11 pm–6 am) despite trains until 10 pm. Slightly sloped terrain, street lighting. Bakery nearby. Walking access to coastal trail and Estérel massif. Exit height restriction (1.90 m) kept open. Overnight tolerance only; avoid Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays (hiking departures). Warning: construction closures reported since March 2025.
