Au bord de l’eau: pêche, ( spot sans nénuphars sur la droite à 200m);possibilité de mettre paddle, canoë... à l’eau. Chemin de randonnée. Ne pas s’engager sur les terrains privés en bas. Peaceful riverside spot on the Sèvre with abundant shade. Access via narrow but passable descent road with turnaround possibility below. Ideal stopover with picnic table and bin. Nature walks and water activities (paddle, fishing) available. Gently sloped, grassy terrain—muddy when wet (bogging risk). Morning foot traffic from hikers and anglers. Very calm overnight atmosphere.
