Small free parking near Nice (6 min walk to tram, 1.5 km from Promenade). Flat ground, only 2-3 spaces, extremely tight for larger motorhomes. Highly unpredictable atmosphere: peaceful some nights, but regular issues with parties, young crowds on weekends, frequent police visits. Adjacent to school and kindergarten. Best for those arriving very early or late and accepting uncertainty.
