Large gravel parking at the forest edge above Thann, quiet at night despite daytime hiker traffic. Ideal starting point for varied walks through vineyards and mountains. Access via narrow uphill road. No services (no water, electricity or toilets). No bins: pack out all waste. Slightly sloping terrain.
