Small dead-end parking in the heart of Champagné village, very quiet at night (church bells 8am-10:30pm). Walking distance to two bakeries, public toilets, local shops and services. Leisure base with river and sports facilities 5 min away. Narrow access requiring caution for larger motorhomes (7m+ tricky). Sloped terrain with two-level parking layout.
