Free gravel and grass parking at the foot of Puy de Pariou in dense forest. Excellent trailhead for hiking (Puy de Dôme, Puy Pariou, caves). Very quiet at night despite golf traffic by day. Two entrances; use the second one (better maintained). High-voltage power lines overhead. No facilities. Legal status unclear: local nighttime authorization reported but conflicting municipal orders noted.
