Parking de Lespecier dans les pinèdes, à 100m à pied d'une très belle plage. Pour pique-niquer, en particulier le soir après la plage. Egalement une petit aire de jeux pour enfants et départ d'une piste cyclable vers Mimizan. Douches (froides) au poste de surveillance. Stationnement interdit de 22h à 8h.

Large shaded parking lot under pine trees, 100–200 m from a supervised beach. Play area, picnic tables, cold showers and restrooms near the beach. Free access, spacious layout. Overnight parking prohibited 22:00–08:00: frequent police checks (fines possible), though some overnight stays undisturbed off-season. Best suited for day visits and picnics.
