Vaste aire de stationnement visiteurs à l'extérieur de Peyre. Entre la route départementale et la voie de chemin de fer mais peu de trafic sur l'une comme sur l'autre (à l'époque où nous y fûmes = fin octobre). Toilettes bien entretenues, accessibles aux PMR. Point de départ de "randocroquis" (5 et 2,9 km).
The Camper’s take
Free-standing visitor parking lot outside the troglodytic village of Peyre, between a road and railway line. Very clean public restrooms, wheelchair accessible, water point, waste bins. Access to hiking trails (Croquis path). Large, flat layout suitable for all vehicle sizes. Generally quiet at night despite nearby road and tracks, occasional trains. Main appeal: close to picturesque village, free parking.

Motorhome access : Great access. Large, flat parking with easy maneuvering. Note: no access from the north (D515) for motorhomes over 10m; steep descent into the village is dangerous and prohibited for motorhomes.
