Small forest-side layby on a quiet minor road. Picnic table available. Calm, shaded setting appreciated by visitors. Very soft ground, unsuitable outside summer season. Access via D8 challenging for large vehicles (narrow, rough road); prefer approach from Pexonne instead.

Motorhome access : Tricky. Very soft, muddy terrain. D8 road between Raon and Neufmaisons strongly discouraged for wide or long vehicles (narrow, rough, risky passage). Prefer the road from Pexonne, said to be better. Only suitable in dry season for off-road or powerful vehicles.
