Expansive col parking with magnificent panoramic views over the Gapençais range. Flat, generous space for multiple vehicles. Dry toilets available. Prime hiking hub with excellent trailheads including a 3.5-hour trek to Saint-Philippe summit viewpoint. Peaceful overnight atmosphere despite daytime hiker activity. Challenges include persistent wind (north wind notably), seasonal fly presence, no shade, and shared use with day-trippers.
