Free parking in the Penfeld area, close to Brest town centre and the Capucins. Rarely occupied, well-lit at night and safe despite initial appearances. However, traffic from the adjacent road continues into the evening and resumes at 5am, compromising nighttime peace. No facilities. Better suited for short stays and daytime parking.
