The Camper’s take
Hiking parking at the foot of the Alpilles, near the Roman bridge and small stream. Flat and spacious terrain with multiple spots. Close to road D24 but quiet at night. Many hiking and mountain biking trail starts. Beautiful views of vineyards and mountains. Access via D24 recommended, avoid forest tracks. Ground can be muddy in wet weather.

Motorhome access : Accessible but use the D24 road to arrive; avoid forest tracks (too narrow, unpaved). Flat terrain but noticeable slope at the entrance. Watch for rear overhang. Prefer the upper part of the parking area in wet conditions (lower area very muddy).
