Calm at night, busy daytime traffic (cyclists, motorcycles, cars). Seasonal closures in summer. Minimal services (pets welcome, mobile data).

- Very steep and unlevel terrain
- Narrow and winding road access; not recommended for large vans
- Strong wind, frequent closures (road closed 2nd Saturday June-September)

Motorhome access : Very difficult access: narrow, winding, very steep road with sharp hairpin bends. Not recommended for large motorhomes. Steep terrain makes parking tricky.
