Riverside parking on the Vilaine near Rennes, ideal for overnight stays before exploring the city by bike (15 min to centre). Direct access to cycle path and towpath. Flat terrain but muddy in wet weather. Highly variable atmosphere: quiet at night, busy with runners and cyclists during the day. Recurring hygiene issues (litter), treatment plant odours. Tight turnaround at the end of the access track.
