Petit coin de verdure sur une petite île à Vailly sur Aisne, endroit très tranquille de manière générale, coin feu, baignade possible , parfois stationnement de péniche qui ne gêne en rien. Quelques passages de marcheur ou pêcheurs mais spot assez grand pour plusieurs personnes. Jamais embêter par la polices. Chemin pour y accéder moyen, pas de limite de hauteur mais attention à vos pneu.
The Camper’s take
Small natural spot on the Aisne Canal's edge near Vailly-sur-Aisne. Peaceful setting ideal for a quiet overnight stay. Access via unpaved track passable in dry weather, watch for low branches. Fire pit available, swimming possible. Occasional foot traffic from fishers and walkers. Sometimes disturbed by silo motor noise at night. No waste bins (plan accordingly). Relatively flat terrain.

Motorhome access : Unpaved dirt road, passable when dry only. Slightly bumpy but accessible. Watch for low branches (around 3m). No formal height limit but narrow passages possible. Turnaround area at the end. GPS unreliable; look for the dirt parking start near the war memorial.
