Small isolated riverside picnic area on the Vienne, 10 minutes walk from Chinon town center. Very narrow and steep access from the bridge, unsuitable for large motorhomes (max 6 m). Quiet overnight spot with tables, bins and water pump. Peaceful natural setting but recurring insect problems (mosquitoes, cockroaches) in summer.
